We have invited Dr. Cheng-Hong CHO, Head of Delegation of Taiwan from Asia Pacific Council for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (AFACT) and President of Institute for Information Industry (III), to share Taiwan’s role in Digital Economy from his point of view. 

In his article, Dr. CHO elaborates the advantages of Taiwan, and he indicates the fact that there are still rooms for Taiwan to improve its influences.
