Since the so-called rule is considered to be challenged by the PRC, we have invited Professor Chyungly Lee to deliver the discussion of the term “rules-based order” based on her participation in the meeting of Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific (CSCAP), and provides an overview of ASEAN’s opinion on the term.
